Introduction
Welcome to BrightCare Homecare. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including those who sign up for our SMS messaging program.
Services Provided
BrightCare Homecare provides non-medical in-home care services to individuals facing disabilities, injuries, illnesses, or difficulties with mobility. Our services include Companion Care, Personal Care, Hourly Home Care, Veterans’ Home Care, and Senior Transportation services. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We strive to provide high-quality care, but services are not intended as a substitute for medical care.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their care needs and home environment. Failure to do so may result in delays, modifications, or cancellations of services.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made according to the pricing and schedule agreed upon during the booking process. We accept Cash, Credit card, ACH withdrawals, VA: Aid and Attendant; Community Care Network, United Health Medicaid and All LTC providers. Late payments may incur fees, and services may be suspended or terminated due to non-payment.
SMS Messaging Program
Our SMS messaging program allows clients to receive important updates, reminders, and promotional offers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Any information obtained as part of SMS consent will not be shared with third parties

Limitation of Liability
BrightCare Homecare is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the matter will be handled first through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration, according to the laws of Covington, LA, and will govern any disputes arising under these terms.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Covington, LA, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
